By applying to or participating in the Oath Research Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms (the “Agreement”).

The Program is designed for creators, publishers, researchers, educators, communities, website owners, media buyers, industry professionals, and other legitimate partners who want to refer customers to Oath Research and earn commissions on qualifying purchases.

Coupon sites, coupon aggregators, deal sites, discount-code directories, cashback sites, and similar coupon-focused affiliates are not accepted into the Program.

Everyone else is welcome to apply. We believe affiliate programs should be simple: send legitimate customers, earn your commission, and get paid. No unnecessary payout hurdles, no arbitrary commission caps, and no hidden cutoffs.

Approval

Oath Research reserves the right to approve or reject Affiliate applications at its discretion.

We welcome affiliates from around the world, including independent creators and privacy-conscious affiliates. You do not need to be a large publisher, agency, or established affiliate network to participate.

Applications associated primarily with coupon aggregation, discount-code scraping, cashback, automated coupon browser extensions, or similar activity will not be approved.

Commissions

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases attributed to their approved affiliate account, referral link, tracking method, or other attribution method provided by Oath Research.

There is no minimum payout threshold. If you have an approved payable commission balance, you do not need to wait until it reaches an arbitrary minimum before getting paid.

There is no maximum commission payout. We do not impose artificial earnings caps on legitimate affiliate sales. The more qualifying business you refer, the more you can earn according to your applicable commission rate.

We do not reduce or cut off legitimate affiliate commissions simply because an Affiliate becomes successful or generates significant sales volume.

Affiliates may not earn commissions from self-referrals, orders they control themselves, artificially created customer accounts, duplicate transactions, fraudulent transactions, or other attempts to manipulate affiliate attribution.

Commissions are earned only on successfully completed transactions. Refunded, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent, reversed, or charged-back transactions are not eligible for commission and may be deducted from an unpaid affiliate balance where necessary.

Guaranteed Weekly Crypto Payouts

Approved affiliate commissions are paid every week.

We do not make Affiliates wait for monthly, quarterly, or arbitrary payout cycles. Once commissions are approved and payable under these Terms, they are included in the applicable weekly payout cycle.

Affiliate payouts are crypto only.

• No PayPal.
• No bank transfers.
• No checks.
• No unnecessary payment bureaucracy.

Affiliates provide a supported cryptocurrency wallet address and receive their commissions directly in cryptocurrency. Available cryptocurrencies and networks may vary depending on operational requirements and will be shown or communicated through the Affiliate account.

The Affiliate is responsible for providing a correct wallet address and selecting the correct supported blockchain network. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed after transmission, and Oath Research is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address supplied by the Affiliate.

Privacy First

We respect Affiliate privacy. Our goal is to collect and retain only the information reasonably necessary to operate the Program, attribute referrals, prevent fraud, communicate with Affiliates, and issue payments.

Affiliate payouts do not require PayPal or bank-account information. Crypto payouts allow Affiliates to receive commissions directly to their designated wallet without providing traditional banking details to Oath Research.

We do not sell Affiliate personal information. Information may nevertheless be processed or disclosed where reasonably necessary for Program administration, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or where disclosure is required by applicable law or valid legal process.

In short: we keep the process private, straightforward, and focused on paying Affiliates for legitimate referrals.

No Coupon, Deal or Cashback Affiliates

Oath Research does not accept coupon affiliates.

The following promotional models are prohibited under the Program:

• Coupon websites and coupon-code directories.
• Deal aggregation websites.
• Cashback or rebate websites primarily designed to intercept existing customers.
• Browser extensions that automatically inject, replace, test, or apply affiliate or coupon codes.
• Advertising pages created primarily to rank for Oath Research coupon, promo code, discount code, voucher, or similar searches.
• Publishing, scraping, distributing, or promoting Oath Research coupon codes for the purpose of claiming affiliate attribution.
• Setting affiliate cookies through fake coupon buttons, misleading discount claims, forced redirects, pop-ups, pop-unders, invisible frames, automatic redirects, or other forms of cookie stuffing.

Oath Research may separately issue promotional offers directly to customers. The existence of an Oath Research promotion does not authorize an Affiliate to present itself as a coupon or discount-code source.

Affiliate Links and Promotion

Affiliates may promote Oath Research through websites, blogs, social media, communities, newsletters, email lists, video content, educational content, advertising, offline publications, and other legitimate promotional channels, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You may use promotional materials supplied by Oath Research or create your own materials, provided that your advertising is accurate and does not misrepresent Oath Research, its products, pricing, testing, policies, or available offers.

Affiliates are responsible for making any affiliate, sponsorship, endorsement, or advertising disclosures required by applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, or platform rules.

Paid Advertising and PPC

Paid advertising is permitted unless Oath Research specifically restricts a particular campaign, platform, keyword, or advertising method.

Affiliates may not impersonate Oath Research, falsely represent themselves as Oath Research, or operate advertisements or landing pages designed to mislead users into believing they are accessing an official Oath Research website when they are not.

Affiliates may not use Oath Research trademarks, misspellings, domains, or brand terms in a deceptive manner or register domains, social accounts, or other properties intended to impersonate Oath Research.

Prohibited Activity

Affiliate accounts may be suspended or terminated for conduct including:

• Fraudulent transactions or fabricated referrals.
• Self-referrals intended to generate commissions.
• Cookie stuffing or forced affiliate attribution.
• Coupon, cashback, or deal-site activity prohibited under this Agreement.
• False, deceptive, or materially misleading advertising.
• Spam or unlawful unsolicited communications.
• Impersonation of Oath Research.
• Unauthorized use of Oath Research intellectual property.
• Attempts to manipulate attribution, tracking, commissions, refunds, or transactions.
• Promotion in a manner that violates applicable law.
• Other deliberate abuse of the Affiliate Program.

We do not terminate or cut off legitimate Affiliates simply because they generate substantial traffic, commissions, or sales. Program enforcement is intended to address actual abuse, fraud, prohibited promotion, or material violations of these Terms.

Termination

Either the Affiliate or Oath Research may end participation in the Program.

Where an account is terminated, valid and approved commissions earned from legitimate qualifying transactions before termination remain payable, except amounts associated with fraud, refunds, chargebacks, prohibited activity, manipulation, or other violations affecting the validity of those commissions.

Termination does not give Oath Research the right to arbitrarily confiscate legitimate, approved commissions.

Tracking and Attribution

Affiliate attribution depends on the tracking technology and attribution rules used by the Program. While we take reasonable measures to maintain accurate tracking, no online tracking system is guaranteed to operate without interruption in every circumstance.

Ad blockers, browser privacy settings, deleted cookies, network restrictions, user-device changes, technical outages, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect attribution.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oath Research will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program, including lost revenue resulting from tracking interruptions, technical failures, website downtime, third-party services, blockchain congestion, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, the Program is provided without express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Indemnification

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Oath Research and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, losses, fines, penalties, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the Affiliate’s unlawful conduct, negligence, misrepresentation, intellectual-property infringement, failure to make legally required disclosures, or material violation of this Agreement.

Changes to the Program

Oath Research may update these Terms, available cryptocurrencies, Program functionality, commission structures, or operational procedures from time to time.

Changes will not be used to retroactively erase legitimate commissions that were already validly earned and approved under the applicable Program terms.

Continued participation in the Program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Term of Agreement

This Agreement begins when your Affiliate account is accepted into the Program and continues until participation is terminated by either party.

Electronic Acceptance

This Agreement is an electronic contract governing participation in the Oath Research Affiliate Program. By submitting an Affiliate application, accepting these Terms, or participating in the Program after approval, you electronically indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
