We are a research use only supplier. We cannot help with dosing, reconstitution, or product application.
For questions about purity, COAs, lab results, or your order, we are happy to help.
Before you submit a replacement or refund request
Because our products are sold for research use only, we cannot accept returns because they cannot be resold. Most refund and replacement questions are answered by the cases below, so please read through before submitting.
We can help with:
- Items that arrived damaged in shipping: we will send a replacement at our expense. Please include a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Wrong items shipped, our error: we will get the correct product out to you at our expense. Include a picture of the packaging and items that were shipped.
- Products that do not meet stated specifications or purity standards: we will review and replace after validating your lab test results. Include the batch or lot number so we can match it to the COA on file.
- Tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived: let us know and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Duplicate orders placed by mistake: if you let us know before the order ships, we will cancel one.
We cannot accept:
- Opened or used products
- Products that were not stored properly after delivery
- Orders cancelled after they have already shipped
- Change-of-mind returns
- Anything past 30 days from delivery
When you continue, please include your order number, a short description of the issue, photos if applicable, and batch or lot numbers for any quality concern. A team member replies within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days, replacements ship at our expense, and there are no restocking fees on items that qualify.
