At Oath Research, we stand behind the quality of our research products. Eligible orders are covered by our 60-day return and refund policy, beginning on the date your shipment is confirmed as delivered.

If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, contact us within 60 days of delivery so our support team can review your request and, where applicable, issue return instructions.

Important: Oath Research products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Any communication indicating that a product has been used or is intended to be used for human or animal consumption, medical treatment, or therapeutic purposes may make the product ineligible for return or refund.

Products Eligible for Returns or Refunds

A product may be eligible for return, replacement, store credit, or refund when:

• The product is unopened and unused.

• The product has not been intentionally misused, altered, contaminated, damaged, or improperly stored or handled.

• The product has not exceeded its stated expiration date.

• The return request is submitted within 60 days after confirmed delivery.

• The product remains in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, missing, or otherwise defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with photographs or other information reasonably requested by our support team.

60-Day Return Period

Our standard return period begins on the date the carrier’s tracking information confirms delivery of your order.

Requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery are not guaranteed to qualify for a refund or replacement. However, Oath Research may review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance by Oath Research.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Where a physical return is required, our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method, where technically possible.

Depending on the payment method, payment processor, bank, blockchain transaction, or other circumstances, additional processing time may apply before the refunded amount becomes available.

Where a refund to the original payment method is not possible, Oath Research may offer an alternative refund method or store credit where appropriate.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Oath Research or a defective or damaged shipment.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Orders paid using cryptocurrency may be refunded in cryptocurrency, store credit, or another available method at our discretion.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any cryptocurrency refund may be calculated based on the original fiat value of the transaction at the time the order was placed, rather than subsequent changes in the market value of the cryptocurrency.

Network, blockchain, or transaction fees may not be refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly.

To help us resolve the issue, we may request:

• your order number;

• photographs of the shipping package;

• photographs of the product, vial, label, or other affected item;

• the shipping label; and

• a description of the issue.

Please retain all packaging and affected products until our support team has completed its review.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If tracking indicates that a shipment has been lost or if an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact our support team.

Eligibility for replacement or refund may depend on the shipping method, tracking information, destination, carrier investigation, and circumstances of the shipment.

Orders marked as successfully delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation before a replacement or refund can be approved.

Our products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, medical treatment, diagnosis, therapeutic use, or any other use inconsistent with their stated research purpose.

Products that have been used, handled, or represented as being used contrary to these restrictions are not eligible for return or refund.

Oath Research reserves the right to review refund, replacement, and return requests for compliance with this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
