Indemnity Waiver for Research Peptides & Compounds

In consideration of the purchase of research peptides, compounds, and related products from Oath Research, I, the purchaser, acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

I understand that all products sold by Oath Research are intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or medical condition, and they are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for such purposes.

I agree that I am solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, and use of any product purchased from Oath Research complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and research requirements.

I assume full responsibility for all risks associated with the purchase, possession, handling, storage, or use of the products. I agree to use appropriate laboratory procedures, safety precautions, equipment, and qualified personnel when handling research materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oath Research, together with its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives, from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:

• the purchase, possession, storage, handling, transfer, or use of any Oath Research product;
• any use of a product outside its stated research purpose;
• personal injury, illness, property damage, financial loss, or other harm resulting directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of the products;
• any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights by the purchaser; or
• any resale, redistribution, transfer, or provision of the products to another person or entity.

I acknowledge that Oath Research makes no representation that any product is suitable for a particular experiment, application, medical purpose, or other intended use beyond legitimate research applications.

This waiver and indemnification obligation shall apply to me and, where legally applicable, my heirs, representatives, successors, administrators, and assigns.

By submitting an order or purchasing products from Oath Research, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver Agreement and accept full responsibility for the lawful and appropriate use of the products purchased.
